Please follow the rules carefully to ensure a fair and smooth competition.

The ball is thrown over the net, where a player of the other team tries to catch and throw it back.
The game is played between two teams of seven players, with a maximum of three substitutes.
A player must complete the serve before swapping. No timeouts except for the finals.
Each team gets one 30-second timeout per set. The first team to 15 points wins the set.
A match consists of three sets (best of three). Finals are played to 25 points per set.
Service must be within five seconds after the referee's whistle and from the service zone.
A player cannot jump while serving, and the serve must not touch the net.
Double touch is not allowed when receiving the ball.
During rallies, the ball must be caught immediately with both hands while keeping contact with the ground.
Two players cannot catch the ball at the same time.
The ball must be thrown within three seconds, from above the shoulder-line, using only one hand.
A player can jump while throwing the ball; the ball may touch the net but not the antenna.
Only the palm can touch the ball while catching or throwing (no wrist/body touches allowed).
The ball cannot be shifted sideways or deliberately pushed.
If the ball drops into the dead zone during a rally or serve, it is considered a fault.
