Please follow the rules to ensure a fair, timely, and enjoyable chess and carrom tournament for all participants.

All games will begin on time. Strict adherence to the schedule is required; no time concessions will be allowed.
Each game must start with the minimum number of players. Teams failing to meet this requirement will forfeit the match.
A no-show beyond 5 minutes after the scheduled start time will result in a forfeit, and the opponent will receive maximum points.
Referee decisions are final. All referees are trained professionals.
Players registered in a particular team will not be permitted to play in any other team. Any individuals who fail to comply will be disqualified.
If there is any overlap of players there will be a direct walkover.
Tournament Rules are agreed mutually amongst all the captains during the Captains meet. We shall abide by it through the tournament.

The tournament committee and referees are the sole authorities to judge misconduct. Their decision is final.
